Biography
Born in 1911 in Tiflis. Member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1935 - on economic, social and political work. In 1935 - 1962 - hydraulic engineer, head of the integrated project design team for plant No. 448, People’s Commissar for Water Management of the Georgian SSR, head of the industry department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Georgia, Minister of Industry and Construction Materials of the Georgian SSR, representative of the CM of Georgia at the Council of Ministers of the USSR, on scientific and economic work on hydraulic projects in the Georgian SSR.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Georgian SSR of the 2nd convocation, the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 3rd convocation.
