Biography
Born in 1903 in a Georgian peasant family. Member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1920 - on economic, social and political work. In 1920 - 1954 - a peasant, collective farmer, at party work in the Georgian SSR, first secretary of the Ochempirsky district committee of the Communist Party (b) of Georgia, first secretary of the Gudauta district committee of the Communist Party of Georgia (Bolsheviks).
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of February 21, 1948, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle Medal.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Georgian SSR of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd convocations.
