Biography
- Rozakul Satybaldievich Born on May 1, 1941 in the village of Mankent, Sayram District, South Kazakhstan Region.
- In 1958 he graduated from high school, worked as a collective farmer in the village of Mankent.
- In 1959 he entered the Lenin Tashkent State University and graduated in 1968 with a degree in geography.
- In 1978 - 1982 he studied by correspondence at the Tashkent Agricultural Institute , with a degree in agronomy.
- In 1983 - 1986 he studied by correspondence at the Almaty Higher Party School .
