WarnerMedia (until 2018 - Time Warner Inc. ) is one of the world's largest conglomerates of news and entertainment. Time Warner formed by merging Warner Communications Inc. and Time Inc. in 1990 and subsequent merger with Internet giant AOL Inc. in 2001. , and in 2009, AOL became independent again after the separation of Time Warner from the media holding. The AOL branch was officially completed on December 9th . On October 22, 2016, AT&T announced its intention to acquire Time Warner for $ 108.7 billion (taking into account the debt of Time Warner).
