Biography
Born on June 2, 1930 in Akmolinsk.
In 1949 he entered the scriptwriting department of VGIK , which he graduated in 1954.
In 1958, he was awarded a 2nd degree award at the 1st All-Union Film Festival in Moscow for the written script “ Birches in the Steppe ”, together with Budamir Metelnikov , who was going to write a script about the development of virgin land attracted Tetkin as he knew the material: [1]
