Geography
The village is located 14 km northwest of the center of the village of Andreevskoye and 13 km northeast of Alexandrov .
History
At the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries, the village was part of the St. Andrew's Volost of the Alexander District , and since 1926 it was part of the Alexander Volost . In 1859 [2] there were 16 yards in the village, in 1905 [3] - 12 yards, in 1926 [4] - 19 yards.
Since 1929, the village was part of the Shchekotovsky village council of the Aleksandrovsky district , since 1940 - as part of the Ivano-Sobolevsky village council , since 1948 - as a part of the suburban zone of the city of Aleksandrov , since 1965 - as part of the Aleksandrovsky district , since 1967 - as part of Yelkinsky village council , since 1975 - as part of the May village council , since 2005 - as part of the Andreevsky rural settlement .
