Biography
She was born on February 8, 1917 in the village of Mahmudli of the Jebrail district of the Elizabethpol province (now the Fizuli region of Azerbaijan).
Since 1930 - a collective farmer, a link collective farm named after Narimanov (formerly named after Japaridze) of the Fizuli region. In 1947, a cotton crop of 87.27 centners per hectare on an area of 5 hectares.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 10, 1948, Mirzoyeva Arasta Mammadaly Kizi was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle medal for receiving high yields of cotton in 1947.
Actively participated in the public life of Azerbaijan. Member of the CPSU since 1943 . Member of the Supreme Council of the Azerbaijan SSR of the 2nd convocation.
Since 1968 - a pensioner of national importance.
