Biography
In 1947 he graduated from Kiev Secondary School No. 70 and entered the Faculty of Road Construction of the Kiev Automobile and Road Institute (KADI, modern name - National Transport University ). In 1952 he graduated with honors from KADI with a degree in Bridges and Tunnels, qualifying as a civil engineer , and continued his studies in graduate school . Under the guidance of Professor Yu. N. Dadenkov, he prepared and ahead of schedule in 1955 defended a dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in hydraulics of open channels and artificial structures on the theme “Investigation of the conditions of flow in the upper pool of perfect drops”.
