Geography
The village is located on the banks of the Seraya River, 31 km northeast of the center of the village of Slednevo and 21 km northeast of the town of Alexandrov .
History
In the XIX - early XX centuries, the village was located on the postal route from Alexandrov to Pereslavl and was part of the Alexander volost of the Alexander district . In 1859 [2] there were 20 yards in the village, in 1905 [3] - 32 yards, in 1926 [4] - 39 yards.
Since 1929, the village was part of the Ryumin village council of the Aleksandrovsky district , since 1948 - as a part of the suburban zone of the city of Aleksandrov , since 1954 - as a part of the Balakirev village council , since 1965 - as a part of the Aleksandrovsky district , since 2005 - as part of the Slednevsky rural settlement .
