Flight of the body ( English bodyflight ) is a term in the aerotube form of parachuting and parachuting ( skydiving ), meaning the presence or movement of the body (body system) in the air flow [1] . One of the fastest growing sports in the world [2] . In the aerotube parachute sport and parachute flight, the flight of the body is carried out by means of the influence of the air flow on certain body surfaces; any body parts moving by muscular efforts can be used to control the body.
As a tool for learning to control the flight of the body, there is a vertical wind tunnel , which makes it possible to fly in the air, simulating a free fall due to the air flow generated (an average of about 190 km / h) [3] .
The flight of the body includes various flight poses and movements and flight transits, when combined, which form flight elements (tricks).
Flying posture is called the position of the body in the air flow controlled by muscular effort. There are many different poses, such as "Mantis", "Bumblebee", "Dragon" and others [4] . Flight movement is the movement or rotation of a body in an air stream in a particular direction. Flight transit is a transition from one flight posture to another (changing body areas that are affected by air flow) [1] [5] .
