Biography

Born on October 13, 1927 in Ryazan. In 1941, in connection with the beginning of the Second World War, he volunteered for the front, when he was only 13 years old and went through the whole war, was awarded a number of government awards. In 1948 he entered the Moscow State Library , which he graduated in 1953. After graduating from the Moscow State Library, headed the library of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering , then was elected director of the State Center for Scientific and Medical Library. In 1963 he was elected to the post of director of the All-Union Patent and Technical Library, he held this position until 1987, after which he retired.

He died on July 7, 1997 in Moscow.

Scientific work

The main scientific works are devoted to the typology of patent documents. The author of over 100 scientific works, some of which are published abroad, 2 monographs, and also has patents for inventions.
