Biography
He was born on February 16, 1924 in the village of Dovletyarly of the Jebrail district of the Azerbaijan SSR (now a village in the Fizuli region of Azerbaijan / Gadrut region of the unrecognized NKR).
Since 1935 - the Stalin link collective farm, the foreman of the Telman farm in the Fizuli region. In 1947, he received a wheat crop of 32.78 centners per hectare on an area of 10 hectares.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 10, 1948 , Mehtiyev Isa Mammad oglu was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle medal for receiving high yields of wheat in 1947.
Since 2002 - Presidential pensioner.
