The springs of the Ramensky district of the Moscow region (33rd kilometer square), and since 1959 in Moscow, where he began to study at the physics and mathematics school No. 2 from the 5th grade. In 1965 (during the summer holidays) he worked as a drilling worker at the TsNIIS Gosstroy of the USSR on the (dead) Salekhard - Nadym railway (501st construction site) as a drilling worker.

In 1966 he graduated from high school No. 2 at the same time as tenth graders and did not enter the history department of the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute named after V.I. Lenin and began to work as an electrician at the Neftepribor plant, a communications fitter (electrician, radio operator) of military unit 54023, who was released as secretary of the Komsomol committee all the same cf. School number 2, an electrician at the Miussky telephone center.

In 1967, he entered the evening department of the historical faculty of Moscow State Pedagogical Institute. V.I. Lenin , and in 1972 he graduated from it, defending his thesis “Political Projects of M. M. Speransky 1801-1811” (140 pp.), Which was awarded a diploma of the III degree in a student work competition dedicated to 100 anniversary of the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute. Then, in 1972, he was recommended to graduate school at the Department of History of the USSR, but did not enter, since all places in the order of the experiment were given “under the tseloviks,” and went to serve in the ranks of the Soviet Army.

In 1974, having applied for postgraduate studies at the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute, he began to work as a teacher of history, social science and the foundations of the state law of secondary school No. 99 of the Kuntsevsky district of the capital. In 1976, a school theater group, led by V.E., became a diploma student at the VI Festival of Arts of Pioneers and Schoolchildren in Moscow.

In 1978, he wrote, and in 1979 he sent a letter to L. I. Brezhnev asking him to pass a law that would prohibit lying at school (percent interest) and received a response from the USSR Ministry of Industry, where V. E. was recommended to improve teaching methods and generally better work. He began to improve at the same time using the book of Shatalov V.F. “Where and how did the triples disappear” (M., Pedagogy, 1979). He began to receive a reprimand from the administration and gratitude from the students and their parents.

Since 1980, he began to publish his articles and essays in central newspapers and magazines ( Izvestia , Smena , Family and School , Soviet Culture , Week, Teacher’s Newspaper , Soviet Pedagogy , and Selskaya youth ”,“ Communist ”,“ Vocational education ”, the News Agency ), and then abroad and in local publications as a publicist teacher.

In 1982, he was invited to work as an organizer of extracurricular and extracurricular activities at secondary school No. 146 of the Frunze district, but on December 13 of that year he was transferred to work in the laboratory of theory and methodology for studying and generalizing the pedagogical experience of the Research Institute of General Pedagogy of the USSR Academy of Pedagogical Sciences as a junior researcher, where he worked on the topic “Teacher’s pedagogical self-analysis as a method of studying experience,” and, concurrently (on a voluntary basis), was a member of the editorial board of express information with Ria "best educational experience", together with Academician MN Skatkin Dr. pednauk PV Hudominskim, candidates pednauk V.O. Aransky, Ya. S. Turbovsky , AM Tsirulnikov , and also (again on a voluntary basis) led the topic "People's Teachers of the USSR." The result of this activity was that in two months of 1985 I wrote a book (the third of my own), “Your Best Teacher, School!”, Which was published in early 1987 (M. Pedagogika . 1987-176 p., circulation of 100,000 copies), passed two candidate exams (philosophy - 5, English - 4), but did not pass the pedagogical exam, nor defended another dissertation, since the ball was invited to work in the Izvestia newspaper as a special correspondent.

In 1984, he invented a new method of teaching history and other subjects (see Teacher’s Newspaper // 1985, January 19: “Problems Without Problems”), but there is no copyright certificate.

From June 12, 1986 to December 1988, he worked as a senior correspondent for the Izvestia newspaper in the pedagogy department in primary and secondary schools.

In 1988, V. Ye. Khrapov was forced to resign from Izvestia. He became a freelance journalist and writer for the Moscow trade union.

Studying the influence of epidemics on the course of history, in March 1990, he discovered the universal property of the Universe - the system of energy poles, answered questions that remained unanswered in world science for over 500 years. His books, such as “I know how to treat not only cancer and AIDS ...”, “The medical book. Bioenergy Advice by Valery Khrapov ”,“ Miracle Workers: The National Idea Manifested by Plague and Holiness ”, dispersed in hundreds of thousands of copies from Moscow to the Far East, Israel and Australia, did not bring him money, but brought fame.
