The symptom of open thoughts is a psychopathological symptom characterized by the belief that others can hear or recognize in another way the thoughts of the individual [1] . From telepathy, openness of thoughts is distinguished by the certainty that thoughts are accessible to everyone.
Open thoughts can be a positive symptom of schizophrenia [2] . It is one of the Schneider symptoms of the first rank, according to which schizophrenia is distinguished from other mental disorders. Broadcasting (openness) of thoughts is one of the symptoms of schizophrenia in ICD-10 [3] .
With mild forms, a person experiencing this symptom may doubt that his thoughts are open. When this symptom is manifested constantly, the disorder can affect behavior and reduce the individual's ability to successfully interact with society. Severe forms are considered a serious indicator of schizophrenia [4] .
