Joannes Adrianus (Joe) Jole ( Dutch: Joannes Adrianus "Jo" Jole ; December 22, 1890 , Tilburg - February 2, 1953 , Herlen ), also known as Jan Jole ( Dutch Jan Jole ) is a Dutch footballer who played as a midfielder , extreme and center forward . Best known as a player in the Willem II club from Tilburg .

He began his career in the championship of the Brabant Football Union, played for the Telsburg Excelsior [1] . Later he played in the championship of the Limburg Football Union for the L'Avenir and MSV teams, and in 1919 he became a player of the MVV club [2] [3] . In the first season, he helped the team take first place in the southern group of the championship .
At the end of December 1920, having received permission from the Netherlands Football Union , he joined Willem II [4] , which he played for five years. In the 1925/26 season, he played for the small mining club Emma from Trebek , and in August 1926 he moved to Roermond [5] . He completed his playing career at the Emma club - in 1936 he became a member of the team committee [6] .
As part of the Netherlands national team played two friendly matches [7] .

Personal life
Johannes Adrianus was born in December 1890 in the city of Tilburg [8] . Father - Ferdinand Jole, mother - Maria Cornelia Stockkermans, both parents were from Tilburg. In addition to him, the family had seven more children: two daughters and five sons.
He was a railway worker. Jole married at the age of twenty-six - Anna Maria Katarina Bronkers, a native of Maastricht , became his chosen one. Their marriage was registered on June 9, 1917 in the municipality of Ger en Kerr [9] .
He died on February 2, 1953 at the age of 62 in Herlen [10] . His wife died in January 1966 at the age of 73.
