Theoretical and Applied Ecology is a social science journal that publishes articles on ecology, including experimental work, review articles, chronicles, reviews that are relevant to the scientific community [1] . In 2019 he entered the list of the 100 best Russian scientific journals of Russia [2] .

Founded in 2007. Issued 4 times a year.
General Information
The journal is included in the List of scientific journals of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia . by branches of science: 03.01.00 - physical and chemical biology; February 3, 00 - general biology; 03.03.00 - physiology; 02.00.00 - chemical sciences; 25.00.00 - Earth Sciences. The journal is included in Russian and international databases: Ulrinch's Periodicals Directory , Google Scholar , Russian Science Citation Index (RISC) [3] , Scopus [4] .
The volume of each issue of the magazine is about 12.5 printed pages . The journal is published with the support of Vyatka State University and the Institute of Biology, Komi Science Center, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences . The publication is registered by the Federal Service for the Supervision of Mass Communications, Communications and the Protection of Cultural Heritage [1] .
