Yuri Evgenievich Antipov (1929-2013) - Soviet and Russian scientist. Doctor of Technical Sciences. He was deputy chairman of the Military-Industrial Commission of the Council of Ministers of the USSR [1] [2] , deputy chairman of the Informatization Council of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR [3] , vice-president of the International Association of Enterprises of the Military Industrial Complex Interconverskompleks [4] . Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology (1979) [5] and the Prize of the NAS of Ukraine named after V. M. Glushkov (1988).
