Biography
Born in 1927 in the Astrakhan region. Member of the CPSU since 1960.
Since 1955 - on economic, social and political work. In 1955 - 1991 - lining operator, rotary kiln machinist, foreman of rotary kiln machinists at the Sebryakovsky cement plant of the Lower Volga Economic Council in the Astrakhan region, initiator of the All-Union socialist competition of cement industry workers.
By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated July 8, 1963 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Sickle and Hammer gold medal.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the 7th convocation.
