Career
Polen Uslupehlivan began her volleyball career in 2005, at the age of 15, joining the youth team of the Istanbul club “ Vakyfbank Gunesh ”. In 2008, she played for the Turkish youth team, with whom she won a bronze medal at the European Championship among juniors . In the 2008/09 season, Polen Uslupehlivan was transferred to the first team of Vakyfbank, which allowed her to make her debut on a professional level, in the Turkish First League. In 2009, she first received an invitation to the main Turkish national team , taking part mainly in medium-sized tournaments.
In the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons, Polen Usupehlivan played for Nilufer from Bursa, where she had significantly more playing practice. During this period, she and the national team won the Euroleague 2011 silver medals and bronze at the 2011 European Championships , and a year later she won another bronze medal at the 2012 World Grand Prix , and also took part in the XXX Olympic Games in London .
In the 2012/13 season, Uslupekhlivan returned to Vakyfbank , which won all the tournaments in which he participated that season: the championship and the Turkish Cup, the Champions League . At the same time, she became the silver medalist of the XVII Mediterranean Games with the national team, and also won the Euroleague [1] . In the 2013/14 season, he won the Super Cup of Turkey , the Club World Championship , the championship and the Turkish Cup as part of Wakifbank, and also reached the Champions League final for the second time in a row.
In the 2014/15 season, Polen Uslupehlivan moved to Istanbul's Fenerbahçe [2] , with which she won the championship and the Turkish Cup twice. With the national team, she won a gold medal at the I European Games [3] and bronze at the European Championship 2017 .
