Biography
Elena Viktorovna Nechitilova was born on April 24, 1963 [2] . In the city of Tsimlyansk, Rostov region, she graduated from high school number 1 (Municipal Secondary School No. 1 in the city of Tsimlyansk received Lyceum status in the 2006-2007 school year) [3] . In 1985 [1] E. V. Nechitilova graduated from the Rostov State University, chemical faculty. Works as a chemistry teacher at Lyceum No. 1 in the city of Tsimlyansk, Rostov Region . Elena Viktorovna Nechitilova - the winner of the All-Russian competition "Teacher of the Year of Russia - 2008 ". She twice became the winner of the contest "Best Teacher" of the national project "Education". The name of Elena Viktorovna Nechitilova is entered in the encyclopedia "Gifted children - the future of Russia" (Heading "Teacher").
