Biography
Born February 7, 1909 in Uglich in a large family of a foreman. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1939.
Since 1935 - in economic, public and political work:
- engineer, construction manager of a gas generator station at the Izhevsk Metallurgical Plant,
- 193. - December 1938 the head of the OKS plant named after Sverdlov NKOP, Dzerzhinsk, Gorky region
- January 1939 - 1946 deputy chief, then head of the GU People's Commissariat of Ammunition of the USSR;
- Head of the Capital Investment Division of the State Planning Commission of the RSFSR;
- Deputy Minister of the Building Materials Industry of the USSR;
- Head of the General Directorate of Capital Construction, Gosstroy of the USSR,
- 1964-1979 Chairman of the State Committee of the RSFSR for Construction .
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the 7th, 8th and 9th convocations. Delegate of the 24th Congress of the CPSU [1]
He died in Moscow.
Honored Builder of the RSFSR (1979). [1] He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1942). [2]
