Biography

Born in 1925 in Ulyanovsk. Member of the CPSU.

He graduated from school in 1941. He worked at the factory. Volodarsky - locksmith, technologist, head of the technology bureau, deputy and head of the tool shop, head of the tool department. In 1946, without interruption from production, he graduated from the Ulyanovsk Mechanical College [1] .

In 1961 - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Engineering Plant. Volodarsky, from December 1964 - second secretary of the Ulyanovsk city committee of the CPSU. In 1967 he graduated from the Kuibyshev Planning Institute in absentia [1] .

In 1969-1977 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Ulyanovsk City Council, since 1977 - Secretary of the Ulyanovsk Regional Committee of the CPSU for Industry and Construction [1] .

He was elected as a deputy (from the Ulyanovsk region) of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the 8th (1971-1975) [2] and 9th (1975-1980) [3] convocations.

Died March 22, 1982 [4] ; buried in the North (Isheevsky) cemetery of Ulyanovsk [5] .
