Biography
Born in 1927 on the territory of modern Belarus. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1957.
He graduated from Zaporozhye ISHM. Since 1950 - on economic, social and political work. In 1950 - 1975 - master, shop foreman, chief engineer of the Minsk Tractor Plant, director of the Rostselmash plant.
For the creation and development of mass production of unified wheeled, semi-tracked and tracked tractors of classes 1.4-2 tons of thrust based on the Belarus-based MTZ-50 model for the integrated mechanization of the cultivation of row crops in the collective, he was awarded the USSR State Prize in 1971 technology.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the 8th convocation.
