Biography
Born on June 25, 1898 in Volodark. Soon after birth he moved to Moscow, after graduating from high school for several years he could not go to study for unknown reasons, and only in 1921 luck smiled at him - he entered the Plekhanov Institute of Economics , which he graduated in 1926. After graduation, he worked at various institutes. In 1936 he was hired by the GBL and worked until 1941, while at the same time in 1939 he was appointed professor of the Moscow State Library .
He died on January 6, 1963 in Kratov. He was buried at the Don cemetery .
Scientific work
The main scientific works are devoted to bibliography. The author of over 40 scientific papers [1] .
- He wrote a number of articles on library science. Actively collaborated with TSB publications.
