History

The settlement, from which the city later grew, was founded at the end of the 18th century by don Pedro Veroes.

Geographical position

Biruaca is located in the northeastern part of the state, south of the Apure River, about 3 kilometers southwest of San Fernando de Apure , the state’s administrative center. The absolute height is 41 meters above sea ​​level [1] .
