Biography
Born in 1919 in the village of Sokolka in a Russian peasant family. Member of the CPSU.
Member of the Great Patriotic War. Since 1946 - on economic, social and political work. In 1946 - 1983 - on economic and management work in construction organizations, Head of the Main Directorate for Construction in the Moscow Region under the Executive Committee of the Moscow Regional Council of Workers' Deputies, Minister of Rural Construction of the RSFSR.
He was elected to the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 8th, 9th, 10th convocations.
He died after 1985.
