Biography
Born in 1906 in Sevastopol. Member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1930 - on economic, social and political work. In 1930 - 1966 - in responsible economic and party posts in maritime transport and the Crimean region, chairman of the Sevastopol city executive committee, deputy head of the Glavnefteflot of the Ministry of Sea and River Fleet of the USSR, 2nd secretary of the Primorsky Territory Committee of the CPSU.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 3rd (from Sevastopol in 1951) and the 5th convocations.
