Biography
Born in 1924. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1947.
Since 1942 - on economic, social and political work.
In 1942 - 1999 - A participant in the Great Patriotic and Soviet-Japanese Wars, in the Red Army, in senior positions in the fishing industry:
- First Secretary of the May Day District Committee of the CPSU,
- 2nd Secretary of the Primorsky Regional Committee of the CPSU,
- Deputy Minister of Fisheries of the USSR
- President of Tekhol JSC.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 8th convocation.
