Biography
Anatoly Vladimirovich was born on September 11, 1940 in the city of Moscow . In 1963, Anatoly Vladimirovich Vedyaev graduated with honors from the Physics Department of Moscow State University , with a degree in Physics . A. V. Vedyaev defended his thesis: Ph.D. thesis on the topic “Toward a quantum theory of magneto-optical phenomena in ferromagnetic metals” and his doctoral dissertation on the theory of electronic structure and properties of disordered transition metal alloys.
At Moscow State University, he worked as a professor ( 1981 ), head of the department of magnetism in 1987 - 2013 at the Faculty of Physics, and since 2013, he has been a professor in the Department of Magnetism at the Faculty of Physics at Moscow State University .
Anatoly Vladimirovich Vedyaev is the author of 215 articles, 5 books, 4 research works ; reads reports at conferences [1] .
The work of Professor A. V. Vedyaev served as the basis for creating a theory of the electronic structure and kinetic properties of disordered alloys of transition and rare-earth metals.
Under the leadership of Anatoly Vladimirovich, seventeen candidate dissertations and five doctoral dissertations were completed.
At Moscow State University, at the Department of Magnetism of the Faculty of Physics, Professor A. V. Vedyaev teaches courses for undergraduate and postgraduate magnetologists: “Theory of transition metal alloys” “Physics of magnetic phenomena”, “Selected chapters of the theory of magnetism”, “Spintronics”, “Fundamentals of spintronics” "," Electronic structure and properties of transition metal alloys. "
In 2011, Anatoly Vladimirovich Vedyaev was awarded the Diploma for an innovative project (Diploma of the scientific-practical conference “Fundamental and Applied Aspects of Innovation Projects of the Physics Department of the Moscow State University”) [2] .
