Anatoly Bronislavovich Necseevsky (May 29, 1940 - December 13, 2016 ) - Soviet and Russian scientist-hydropower engineer, rationalizer [1] , an expert in the field of detection and elimination of hydraulic units . Head of the Electromechanical Sector of Hydrogen Generators of the Department of Synchronous Generators and Technical Diagnostics of Electrical Machines of VNIIE .

Biography
Born in 1940 in Tbilisi in the family of engineers. He graduated from the Georgian Polytechnic Institute . In 1972, he entered VNIIE , where he went from an engineer to a sector head. In 1977 he successfully defended his thesis.
A.N. Neceyevsky conducted thermal tests ( Verkhnetulomskaya HPP , Knyazhegubskaya HPP , Niva HPP-2 and Cascade of Serebryanskiy HPP ), diagnostics, technical evaluation of HPP generators [2] [3] . He also developed new methods and means of technical diagnostics of turbo and hydrogenerators. In particular, he proposed a method for analyzing the spectrum of induction in a hydrogenerator with various types and degrees of magnetic field asymmetry, due to the distortion of the rotor shape and the asymmetry of the magnetizing poles [4] .
On March 24, 1977, he made a report “Causes of increased magnetic vibrations of hydrogenerators with circulating frequencies and ways to eliminate them” at the Exhibition of Economic Achievements .
Co-author of the book "Detection of defects of hydrogenerators" ed. L. G. Mamikonyants , Yu. M. Elkind, 1985 [5] .
The author of the invention "Devices for monitoring changes in the air gap of a synchronous electric machine" (1989) [6] .
In 1995, Anatoly Bronislavovich prepared guidelines for RAO "UES of Russia" "According to the assessment of the technical condition of the hydrogenerator, its systems and components" (together with Ananyants S. S., Kislitsky B. V. and Mamikonyants B. V.) and inspections of hydrogenerators "(together with Samorodov Yu.N.)
He worked on the compilation of STR 17330282.27.140.001-2006 "Methods for assessing the technical condition of the main equipment of hydroelectric power plants" [7] and on the replacement STO 70238424.27.140.001-2011 "Hydroelectric Power Plants. Methods for assessing the technical condition of the main equipment " [8] .
For all the time, A.N. Neceyevsky has written over 100 articles. His articles were published in the journals “Power stations” [9] , “Energy of the Unified Network” [10] , “Electricity” [11] , “Hydraulic Engineering”, “Power Engineering and Electrification”, the newspaper “Izvestia Elektrotok” and several other scientific production publications. His case studies are available in the VNIIE Collection of Works [12] .
Since 2002, for the conscientious many years of work, Anatoly Bronislavovich was awarded the title " Labor Veteran ".
