Elzbieta Morciniec ( Polish Elżbieta Morciniec ), nee Elke Karin Leuschner ( German Elke Karin Leuschner , born October 21, 1943 in Breslau ) is a Polish equestrian and trainer.

Biography
She graduated from the University of Poznan, Faculty of Germanic Philology (1968). Engaged in horse riding under the leadership of Wolfgang Müller and Hubert Eichinger. Represented from 1974 to 1988, the Wroclaw Riding Club, specialized in dressage. Multiple winner of the Polish Dressage Championships [1] :
- Champion of Poland: 1979, 1982, 1984 (Frez), 1989 (Haimon) [2]
- Silver medalist of the Polish Championship: 1981, 1983, 1985 (Frez), 1988 (Haimon)
- Polish bronze medalist: 1987 (Haimon).
A participant in the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow : she spoke on a horse named Sum. She took 13th place in dressage, took 4th place in dressage (her partners were Jozef Zagor and Wanda Vonsovskaya ). At the end of her career, she became a coach.
