Skobelev Park is a museum park in the city of Pleven [2] [3] .

Ossuary of the fallen Russian soldiers
History
A park in memory of Russian and Romanian soldiers who died during the siege of Pleven during the Russian-Turkish war of 1877 - 1878. It was laid and equipped in 1902 - 1907. and officially opened in 1904. Named in memory of General M. D. Skobelev [1] .
In 1977, a panorama museum “Pleven Epic of 1877” [3] was opened on the territory of the park.
