The TEN group was founded in 1994, initially the business interests of the key owner of the TEN group Ruslan Gutnov and his partners were concentrated exclusively in the Southeast Administrative District of Moscow: three fairs were built in SEAD (Zelenodolskaya Street, Ryazansky Prospekt and Marshal Chuykov Street) , three restaurants (“Cat House” on Lublin Street, “Evenings on a Farm” and “Thursday” on Ryazansky Prospekt). The construction of the first shopping and entertainment center - “L-153” on Lublin Street, the TEN group began in 2003. Then the TEN Group signs a long-term cooperation agreement with the Auchan group - the company becomes an anchor tenant in L-153. The opening of the complex took place in November 2004 (the total area of ​​the complex was 70,000 square meters, the leasable area was 16,686 square meters). The red ribbon at the opening of the complex was cut by the vice mayor of Moscow Valery Shantsev . Then, Forbes experts said that the new TK would bring about $ 14 million per year to the TEN group of companies. ^[2]

In the period from 2006 to 2009, the TEN Group erected several large objects: the Gorod shopping and entertainment center on Ryazansky Prospekt (total area - 127,830 sq. In 2012, the TEN Group entered into an agreement with Leroy Merlin , which opened the second phase of the Gorod shopping complex on Ryazansky Prospekt (total area 73,400 square meters). In 2016, the TEN Group also completes the construction and commissioning of the Kosino Park shopping and entertainment center. In the fall of 2017, the TEN Group announces the acquisition of the Sokolniki ice palace (sports palace) for 500 million rubles for its further reconstruction. The reconstruction will cost TEN Group 1 billion rubles. Comprehensive reconstruction will include the construction of a large ice arena for 12.5 thousand spectators, a small arena for 3 thousand spectators and a training rink. ^[3]

The turning point in the history of the TEN Group was the construction of a socially significant facility - the Park of Legends sports and entertainment quarter . "Legends Park" is being built on the territory of the former ZIL plant on an area of ​​333 hectares. The project was approved by the Moscow City Planning and Land Commission in October 2012. The total area of ​​facilities upon completion of construction will be more than 2 million square meters. m

The Park of Legends project provides for the construction of nine 24-story residential buildings with underground parking for 1 thousand parking spaces, a business center with multi-level parking for 3.5 thousand parking spaces, a hotel and business complex. In addition, the project provides for the construction of social and sports infrastructure: a kindergarten, school, Ice Palace, water sports complex.

The renovation of ZIL entailed the expansion of transport infrastructure and the development of the road network. ^[four]

In 2015, the heater completed the construction of a multifunctional complex VTB Ice Palace on the territory of the Park of Legends sports and entertainment quarter. The results of the work were personally evaluated by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin . He noted that the Ice Palace is part of a large sports cluster, which will include the Hockey Museum, the country's Olympic Committee and the Anastasia Davydova Water Sports Center. The Moscow Mayor also clarified that the main advantage of the large rental of the Ice Palace is a seamless LED media cube that can reproduce the image at an angle of 360 degrees. ^[5] VTB Ice Palace is the only sports complex in Russia with three arenas under one roof. In 2016, as part of the Park of Legends project, the TEN Group completed the construction of Russia's first hockey museum of glory. In the spring of the same year, AHML announced its intention to acquire from the TEN Group a part of the multi-functional complex Park of Legends under construction. According to AHML, a rental housing fund will be created in the complex. The AHML Supervisory Board has agreed to conclude this transaction. ^[8]

In the summer of 2017, the TEN Group announced its intention to sell the Park of Legends project on the territory of ZIL to structures close to Arkady Rotenberg. ^[9] Ruslan Gutnov confirmed the deal, calling it profitable for both parties. At the same time, he clarified that companies affiliated with TEN will continue their work under the project, but under the leadership of the new structure. The President of the TEN Group also said that the sale of the Park of Legends will allow the company to focus on other objects. ^[10]
