Raul Yurievich Nikkolo ( est. Raul Nikkolo ; October 13, 1928 - January 5, 1997 , Tallinn ) - a worker of the pulp and paper industry , deputy of the Supreme Council of the Estonian SSR, Hero of Socialist Labor (1966).

Biography
In 1942–1944 he studied at the Tallinn Gustav Adolf High School [1] .
He worked as a paper machine operator at the V. Kingisepp Tallinn Pulp and Paper Mill of the Ministry of Forestry, Pulp and Paper and Woodworking Industry of the USSR, then as deputy chief of the paper shop.
In 1963-1967 he was a deputy of the sixth convocation of the Supreme Soviet of the Estonian SSR .
On October 30, 1958, the program “People from the Republican Hall of Fame ” was broadcast on Estonian radio, dedicated to Raul Niccolo [2] .
On the post-war restoration and development of the Estonian pulp and paper industry, Raúl Niccolò, told the program of Tallinn Television and Radio Broadcasting “These years are not forgotten. 55 ”, filmed in 1987 [3] .
In 2012, a 168-page book „Fahle Book. 1926-2006, dedicated to the history of the Tallinn Pulp and Paper Mill, rebuilt into a complex of residential apartments, cafes, shops and offices called “Fahle House” ( English Fahle House [4] ) in the early 2000s. In it, along with other well-known employees of the enterprise, there are words about Raul Niccolo: “The Raul Niccolo Brigade produced 15,320 kilograms of first-grade paper in one shift. Since at that time any work was socialist, Niccolò was just a labor hero. Currently, there is not much talk about heroes of labor. Heroes generally remained mostly in the film industry ” [5] .
He was buried in the Tallinn cemetery of Pärnamäe [6] .
