Yasga [3] [4] [5] (erroneously [5] : Yaskhan [6] [7] [8] [4] [5] or Yaskha [5] ; turkm . Ýasga köli [2] ) - fresh lake on in the north of the Bereketsky etrap in the central part of the Balkan velayat in Western Turkmenistan [8] .

The lake is an old-fashioned arc-shaped [6] , located in the ancient valley of Uzboy [3] . The length reaches 1170 m, the width is 220 m. The maximum depth is 5.8 m. The volume of water is 600 thousand m³ [1] .
In 1952, the first post in Turkmenistan on studying water level fluctuations in lakes was opened on Lake Yasga [4] .
