Young years

Fatih Saubanovich Sibagatullin was born on May 1, 1950 in the village of Apazovo in the Kzyl-Yulsky District (now Arsky ) of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ^{[1] [2] [3]} . In his youth he was engaged in wrestling ^{[2] [4]} .

In party and government posts
