Beatrice Maria Adelaide Marzia Vio , known as Beatrice [1] “Bebe” Vio or Bebe Vio ( ital. Beatrice Maria Adelaide Marzia Vio ; March 4, 1997 , Venice , Italy ) - Italian fencer-wheelchair ( rapier ). Paralympic champion of Europe, world, Olympic Games. The first fencer to win these titles with a prosthetic arm, in 2008, both arms to the elbow and legs to the knee were amputated.
Athlete of the year in the 2017 Paralympic category , for the best sports achievements of the past year. [2]
