Eva Maria (Katarina) Hultling ( Swedish Eva Maria 'Katarina' Hultling , married Hultling Sjöberg ; born December 5, 1954 ) is a Swedish sports journalist and TV presenter , formerly a curling woman .

Early years
Born in the family of actor Arthur Hultling. Grew up in Stockholm and Westeros . After graduating from the music gymnasium, Adolf Fredricks worked as a telephone operator at the Reisen Hotel in Stockholm. She dreamed of becoming an actress and entered the theater school, but did not enter the competition. Instead, she entered the faculty of journalism and began working as a reporter on Vermland’s radio.
Curling
At the same time, Hultling was seriously involved in sports and for several years performed at the highest level in curling competitions. It included the Swedish national team, which included won two silver world championships, as well as two gold and two silver European championships [1] [2] .
I played mainly in the third position. At the national level, she played in the teams of curling clubs Amatörföreningens CK ( Stockholm ) and Karlstads CK ( Karlstad ) [3] .

Career in Journalism
At the end of her sports career, she joined the national radio station as a presenter. She conducted a report from the World Curling Championship in March 1985 , then switched to work in the sports news program Sveriges Television [4] . In the second half of 1987, she became the host of the TV magazine 20:00 . In 1989-1992 she released the Året med kungafamiljen program (“The Year with the Royal Family”), and also prepared reports from the Nobel dinner . In 1993, she returned to the sports editorial office, where she worked on news programs.
On December 23, 2007 , after more than 1,600 broadcasts, it hosted the Sportspegeln program for the last time. After that she switched to work on TV4 , where she took up the position of commentator on curling and figure skating competitions [5] . In 2009, she participated in the reality show Kändisdjungeln (the Swedish counterpart to the British program I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here! ).
Personal life
In June 1987, she married a radio reporter, Claes Sjöberg. In 1990, the couple had a son, Victor. In the mid-1990s, she met her current partner, sports journalist Albert Svanberg [6] [7] .
In March 2012, Hultlin, in a Swedish television talk show Skavlan , said she was diagnosed with breast cancer and demonstrated the effects of chemotherapy [4] .
