Content
History
In 1954, the Theology Department of the Catholic University of Warsaw and the Theology Department of the Jagiellonian University were eliminated and merged into the Academy of Catholic Theology (ACB), and the Evangelical Theology Faculty of the University of Warsaw became the basis for the creation of a multi-religious Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw.
On the basis of the Academy of Catholic Theology in Warsaw in 1999, the University of Cardinal S. Vyshinsky was established.
In the 2007/2008 academic year, more than 18,000 students studied at the university, and more than 800 teachers worked. The staff of the administration, library and support services were about 300 people.

Currently, Cardinal S. Vyshinsky’s university has ten faculties, in which students receive almost forty specialties.
