Career

Club

He began to get involved in football very early, he studied at the Borussia Dortmund Football Academy, made his debut on March 3, 2002 in a match with St. Pauli (draw 1: 1). From that moment began his professional career. On September 6, 2011, Odonkor signed a contract with Aachen Alemania for a period until June 30, 2012 [2] [3] [4] .

On July 12, 2012, Odoncore signed a contract with the Ukrainian club Goverla for a period of 1 year with the possibility of extension for the same period [5] [6] .

Team

The first match for the German national team was held on May 30, 2006 against Japan . He also played at the World Championships in Germany , where he spent a total of 119 minutes on the field and participated in four matches (he only came on as a substitute) and gave one assist to Oliver Neuville in the match against Poland . As part of the national team, he became the bronze medalist of the home world championship. He won a silver medal at Euro 2008 (there he only had one game against Croatia, which was unsuccessful for the Germans - a 1: 2 loss).

Coaching

After the player’s career ended, in September 2013, he began working as an assistant in the club of the fourth German division “ Verl ”. [7]
