Geography
The village is located on the banks of the Nulka River (a tributary of Motra ), 27 km north of the center of the village of Borisogleb and 40 km north of Murom .
History
In the salary books of the Ryazan diocese of 1678, the village was part of the Old Zamotrinsky parish , it had 12 peasant households and 1 Bobyl [2] .
At the end of the 19th - beginning of the 20th centuries, the village was part of the Holy Volost of the Gorokhovets Uyezd , and since 1926 it was part of the Tatar Volost of the Murom Uyezd . In 1859 [3] there were 33 yards in the village, in 1905 [4] - 81 yards, in 1926 [5] - 122 yards.
Since 1929, the village was the center of the Nulsky village council of the Fominsk district of the Gorky region . Since 1944 - as part of the Tatar village council of the Vladimir region , since 1965 - as part of the Murom region , since 2005 - as part of the Borisoglebsky rural settlement .
