The album received positive and moderate reviews from music critics and online publications: Allmusic [1] , Rhapsody [9] , Stylus Magazine [5] .
Commercial success
The album debuted at No. 9 on the American Billboard 200 charts and at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Latin Albums charts , with a circulation of 82,000 copies in the first week, which was the highest achievement for the reggaeton album in the first week of release [10] . On March 26, 2009, the album received RIAA platinum certification for a circulation of 600,000 copies. [11]
