Sumarokovo is a village in the Gorokhovets district of the Vladimir region of Russia , part of the Kupriyanovsky rural settlement .

Content

Geography

The village is located near the bank of the Klyazma River, 17 km northwest of the center of the village of Vyyezd and 13 km west of Gorokhovets .

History

According to census books of 1678, the village was part of the Bystritsky parish and was listed behind the steward Ivan Zasitsky, it had 2 peasant and 2 bobyl yards ^[2] .

In the XIX - the first quarter of the XX century, the village was part of the Krasnoselsky volost of the Gorokhovets district , since 1926 - as part of the Gorokhovets volost of the Vyaznikovsky district . In 1859 ^[3] there were 8 yards in the village, in 1905 ^[4] - 12 yards, in 1926 ^[5] - 18 yards.

Since 1929, the village was part of the Khobalevsky village council of the Gorokhovets district , since 1940 - as part of the Lithuanian village council , since 1954 - as part of the Novo-Vladimirsky village council , since 1977 - as part of the Arefinsky village council , and since 2005 as part of the Kupriyanovsky rural settlement .
