Biography
Born in 1884 in the village of Tatallar, Jabrail district, Elizavetpol province (now Beylagan district of Azerbaijan).
Since 1932, the shepherd, the senior shepherd farm "New Way" Zhdanovsky district. In 1947, he raised from 435 coarse-haired ewes 579 lambs with an average weight of lambs to a beat of 41.5 kilograms.
By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of August 17, 1948 , for receiving high productivity of animal husbandry in 1947, Kuliev Barshad Rustam oglu was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Sickle and Hammer gold medal.
Since 1966, the pensioner of union value.
He died on September 2, 1985 in his native village.
