Born 11/11/1936 in the village. Novosheshminsky Novosheshminsky district of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
He graduated from the Faculty of Radio Engineering of the Kazan Aviation Institute (1960) and at first worked there. Prepared a training course "Continuous Electronic Computing Machines" for the new department "Computer".
Since 1962, at the Kazan Scientific Research Electrophysical Institute (KNIEPI): head of sector (1963-1979), head of department (1979-1983), chief designer (1983-2000), chief specialist (since 2001).
Laureate of the USSR State Prize (1983) - for work on special-purpose radio equipment (encryption-decryption equipment ZAO-P for air defense systems ).
