Biography
He started with yard football. From the age of 13 he trained at the Moscow Lokomotiv , from the age of 15 - in the team’s double. At the USSR championship among young men in Uzbekistan, the team took fourth place, Bibichev scored 7 goals. Then he moved to the FSM to Konstantin Beskov . In the teams of masters , Volzhsky (1958-1962) and Spartak Orzhdonikidze (1962) played in the second strongest league for Energy . The player's career ended due to a serious injury at 28 years old. He graduated from the Volgograd Institute of Physical Education and the high school of trainers.
In 1977, Beskov, who headed the Moscow Spartak , invited Bibichev to the post of director of the club football school. Six months later, for three years he worked as a second coach. Then he worked as a trainer-breeder of the national teams of the youth teams of the USSR in Moscow. In 1983 he was sent to the Maldives to coach the national team , with which in 1984 he won the bronze medals of the South Asian Games in Nepal .
In 1988 he was appointed coach of youth teams. With the team born in 1975-1976, in 1990 he became the champion of the USSR, in 1991 he took second place, in 1992 he won the CIS youth championship. With the team born in 1977-1978, he entered the final part of the European Championship twice: at the 1994 championship in Ireland [1] - a loss in the quarter finals
In 1996, he began to train the club of the Maldives , who became the champion of the Maldives.
Later he moved to Novorossiysk, worked in the coaching staff of the team.
