Biography
She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov in 1981 and from the postgraduate school of the Institute of State and Law of the USSR Academy of Sciences in 1985 .
She began her career in 1974 . She worked as a consultant to the State Arbitrazh at the Moscow Regional Executive Committee; legal adviser, senior legal adviser of a number of enterprises and organizations in Moscow .
From 1985 to 1987, he was a research associate at the Institute of State and Law of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
In 1985 she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of legal sciences on the topic: "Civil liability in the service sector" [2] .
From 1987 to 1992 - editor of the department; deputy editor-in-chief of the journal Soviet State and Law.
In 1992–1993 - leading, chief specialist of the Legislative Committee of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation ; Head of Sector of the Council of the Republic Commission on Economic Reform of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation.
In 1993–1999 she occupied the responsible state posts of the state service of the Russian Federation: the head of the department of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation ; the head of the executive office of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Federal Assembly ; Deputy Head of the Main State Law Department of the President of the Russian Federation.
Since 1999, he has headed the Main State Legal Department of the President of the Russian Federation.
