Club career
Campestrini is a graduate of the Rosario Central Club. On June 10, 2001, in a match against Belgrano , he made his debut in the Argentinean Example . In search of playing practice, Christian left the team and for the next six years played for Argentino de Rosario , Ferrocarril Oeste , Tigre and Almirante Brown , scoring three goals in matches for these clubs. In the summer of 2008, Campestrini signed a contract with Arsenal from Sarandi. On August 16, in a match against his former Tigre club, he made his debut for a new team [2] . As part of Arsenal, Christian spent more than 200 matches, won the Argentine Cup and Super Cup , and also became the country's champion .
In early 2015, Campestrini moved to the Paraguayan Olympia . On February 1, in a match against Rubio New , he made his debut in the Paraguayan Example [3] .
In the summer of 2015, Christian joined the Mexican Puebla . July 27, in a match against the metropolitan " America ", he made his debut in the Mexican Example [4] . In the same year, Campestrini helped the club win the Mexico Super Bowl . In the summer of 2017, he moved to Chakarita Juniors , but never made his debut for the main team. At the beginning of 2018, Campestrini returned to Mexico, becoming a player of the Dorados de Sinaloa . On January 6, in a match against Potem UAEM, he made his debut in the Assenso League [5] .

On May 20, 2009, in a friendly match against the Panama national team, Campestrini made his debut for the Argentine national team [6] .
