Biography
Elena Stikhina was born on December 25, 1986 in the town of Lesnaya, Sverdlovsk Region . She studied at the city’s children's music school, piano class by TP Mochalova [1] . After graduating from music school she studied at the City House of Culture. Thanks to the teacher Olga Sergeevna Khruleva, who was engaged in the production of voice, Elena Stikhina fell in love with classical music [3] .
Elena Stikhina graduated from the Moscow Conservatory in 2012. She studied in the class of Larisa Rudakova [4] [1] . During her studies, she became the first performer of the works “My Love”, “Musical Offering to A. Tarkovsky”, “A Cycle of Works to Poems by A. Voznesensky” K. Shiryaev, “A Cycle to Poems by Persian Poets” by F. Khaidarova [5] .
From 2012 to 2014 she studied with Makvala Kasrashvili [4] at the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Center [3] .
After graduating from the conservatory, she worked in the Russian-German ensemble of young performers. Passed the competition in the Primorsky Opera and Ballet Theater and began to play the part of Nedda in the opera “Pagliacci” by Ruggero Leoncavallo [5] .
In 2013, she participated in the International Opera Master Class in Zurich . She performed at the Beethoven Festival in Bonn , the Bruknerhaus in Linz and Tonhalle in Zurich [4] .

In 2017 she became a soloist with the Mariinsky Theater . At the Mariinsky Theater, she performs Salome (“Salome”), Electra (“Idomeneo”), Floria Tosca (“Tosca”), Lisa (“The Queen of Spades”), Nedda (“Pagliacci”), Donna Leonora (“The Power of Fate”) [ 4] .
