History

SELZO - the village belongs to Levshina, a real state councilor, the number of inhabitants according to the audit: 39 m. p. (1838) [2]

In the explanatory text to the ethnographic map of the St. Petersburg province of P. I. Köppen in 1849, it is mentioned as the village of Piesala ( Seltso ) and the number of its inhabitants for 1848 is indicated: Ingermanlanders - Savakot - 36 m., 36 w. n., a total of 72 people [3] .

SELZO - the village of Major General Volkova, on a country road, the number of yards - 6, the number of souls - 37 m. (1856) [4]


VILLAGE - the owner's village at the well, on a country road from the village. It is Christmas tree on the right side of this road, the number of courtyards is 17, the number of inhabitants: 34 m., 43 railways. p. (1862) [5]

In 1885, the village numbered 18 yards.

In the 19th and early 20th centuries, it administratively belonged to the Sosnitskaya volost of the 2nd camp of the Tsarskoye Selo district of St. Petersburg province.

By 1913, the number of yards increased to 35 [6] .

In 1917, the village of Selo was part of the Sosnitskaya volost of Tsarskoye Selo district .

From 1917 to 1922, the village of Selo was part of the rural village council of the Kalitinsky volost of the Detskoselsky district .
